From the welcoming hosts, Olga and Rui, to the beautifully preserved historical houses turned modern apartments, every detail exuded warmth and comfort. The free Wi-Fi in rooms kept us connected, while the ample kitchen amenities allowed us to enjoy homemade meals. The serene village of Carregais, with its misty landscapes and historical allure, provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation and exploration. With easy access to outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, and horseback riding, the value for money and hospitality offered at this hidden gem truly beckons for a return visit.
